Aloha,
Now that the election is over we can all relax and breathe a little easier, regardless of whether you are Democrat, Republican or somewhere in-between. My hope is that this will be the start of a turn-around, in both the financial and real estate markets. Time will tell. Regardless, now is the time to get in on one of many great buys now available if the purchase of real estate is in your near future. Whatever you do, don’t be one of those who says “I wish

Aloha,

Aloha,
And welcome to your monthly update. Everyone is saying how slow the market is but that has not been my experience. There are buyers out there looking and many sellers are finally reducing to price levels that are looking mighty attractive. I’ve been showing property, writing offers, receiving offers and have noticed many of my fellow realtors doing the same thing. I suspect as we get into the winter months, those who really want to

Aloha,
And happy 4th of July to you. I hope you had an enjoyable holiday and that it continues on throughout the weekend. This past month has been earmarked with several noteworthy events, the most tragic of which is the passing of our beloved mayor, Bryan Baptiste. For those of you who did not know him he was only 52 years old when he died of cardiac arrest on June 21st, while recovering in his home from by pass surgery, which was performed on June 13th at Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. He was first elected mayor in 2002 then elected
